Hey, everybody. Jared at etrailer.com. Today, I'm gonna take a quick look at the Steele Rubber Products top lip push on rubber wiper seal for the RV slide out. Now it is 15 foot in length and it is 2 1/2 inches wide. The rubber push on seal is used to prevent water from leaking onto you and pest from gaining access to the slide out of your RV. It's easy to install.
It's seal presses on to a 1/4 inch flange located on the RV frame surrounding the slide out. You can use a trucking tool aid with the installation. Or you could use scissors to trim the extra seal. Either way, both of those are sold separately. It's designed with a flexible metal core and constructed of EPDM sponge and dense rubber.
It will not shrink, crack, or fade over time. The dimensions, it is at 15 foot length. And it is 2 1/2 inches wide. And it has a tail of a 1/4 inch size. This rubber seal is highly wear and weather resistant.
